- You're main problem is that the MCI Mail obviously is crummy
- software (in this respect at least), being able to change the IRQ settigns
- is pretty important these days. Anyway, Com3/IRQ4 is almost certainly a
- bad idea, most systems have a mouse on Com1/IRQ4, which means that if you
- tried to use the mouse and modem at the same time you'd lock up your
- system. If Com2/IRQ3 are free, that's a good choice, or Com4/IRQ3.
